In early April 2025, the HYP Global × Lehigh University Graduate Studies 2025 International Education Exchange Event (Shanghai) was successfully held. This event marked the first in-person exchange event in China hosted by Lehigh University Graduate Studies for international education professionals. In 2025, HYP Global and Lehigh University celebrated the sixth year of their deep partnership. Through 10 cohorts of the PMBC (Pre-Master Bootcamp) program, the two parties have successfully supported more than 200 outstanding students in pursuing graduate study opportunities.

Four Key Sharing Sessions at the 2025 Exchange Event

1. Opening Remarks by HYP Global Founder & CEO Mr. Hongyang Gong

During the opening session, Mr. Hongyang Gong, Founder and CEO of HYP Global, reviewed the six-year collaboration journey between HYP Global and Lehigh University.

He highlighted that 2025 marks the sixth year of the strategic partnership between the two organizations. The jointly developed 10 cohorts of the PMBC (Pre-Master Bootcamp) program have successfully supported more than 200 talented students, demonstrating the depth, consistency, and quality of the long-term educational partnership.


2. Official Presentation by Ms. Sabrina Jedlicka, Associate Dean of Graduate Studies at Lehigh University

Ms. Sabrina Jedlicka, Associate Dean of Graduate Studies at Lehigh University, visited China for the first time and delivered an official presentation during the event.

Focusing on graduate admissions processes and evaluation standards, Ms. Jedlicka provided an in-depth overview of Lehigh University’s graduate admissions policies, academic expectations, and application considerations.

Following the presentation, the event included an extended Q&A (Question and Answer) session, allowing participants to engage directly with the university representative through discussions, networking, and group photo opportunities.


3. Experience Sharing by the First PMBC Alumni Representative

As a graduate of the first cohort of the Lehigh PMBC program, the alumni representative shared his personal experiences studying and living at Lehigh University.

He discussed how he applied knowledge gained from the M.S. in Management (Master of Science in Management) program at Lehigh Business to address real-world business challenges.

The session also covered his career development journey, providing valuable insights into graduate study preparation, academic adaptation, and professional growth.


4. Graduate Application Strategy Analysis by Senior Education Consultant Ms. Cai

Senior education consultant Ms. Cai provided a comprehensive analysis of successful U.S. graduate application strategies.

Her presentation covered key areas including:

  • University selection and positioning;

  • Personal statement preparation;

  • Interview preparation and practical application strategies.

Through detailed case analysis and practical guidance, she shared effective approaches for improving admission outcomes to competitive U.S. graduate programs, providing valuable support and professional insights for participating education institutions and counselors.
