Founded in 2019 by Harry Gong and headquartered in Shanghai and Hong Kong, HYP Global is an international education group specializing in higher education. We operate through two core business lines: university partnerships, helping leading U.S. institutions recruit and enroll international students, and proprietary pathway programs, helping students prepare for graduate study before they arrive on campus.
On the partnership side, we work closely with leading U.S. institutions — including Washington University in St. Louis (WashU), Lehigh University, University of California, Irvine (UCI), University of California, Riverside (UCR), and Santa Clara University — helping them identify and enroll high-potential students from around the world.
On the academic side, our flagship Pre-Master Bootcamp (PMBC) is a bridge program designed for students entering U.S. master's programs. It covers academic English communication, graduate school acclimatization, and subject-matter foundations — ensuring students arrive on campus genuinely prepared, not just admitted.
Our recruitment network spans China, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Canada, and beyond. We operate offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and California, with team members based in Beijing, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Taipei, Ho Chi Minh City, and Toronto.

AIRC Certification 2030
AIRC (American International Recruitment Council) is a U.S. non-profit organization that sets industry standards for international student recruitment agencies operating in the United States. HYP Global has been AIRC-Certified since 2025, with certification valid through 2030.
