Pre-Master

FAQ

Answers to common questions about the HYP Global Pre-Master Boot Camp — eligibility, credits, scheduling, and how to apply.

What is the Pre-Master Boot Camp (PMBC)?

The Pre-Master Boot Camp is an intensive academic-readiness program HYP Global runs in collaboration with partner U.S. universities. It strengthens the academic, communication, and research skills students need to succeed once they begin a master's program.

Who is the program for?

PMBC is designed for students preparing to enter a U.S. master's program who want to bridge the gap between their undergraduate background and graduate-level expectations. Our advisors review each applicant's profile individually.

What are the entry requirements?

Applicants generally need a completed or in-progress undergraduate degree, demonstrated English proficiency, and standard application documents. If you're unsure whether you qualify, an HYP Global advisor can assess your profile before you apply.

Do the credits count toward a partner university degree?

Yes. Coursework is co-designed with our partner universities so that credit earned during the program can be applied toward a partner degree, helping you keep momentum toward your goals.

When can I start, and how long does it take?

Cohorts run on a rolling basis with flexible start dates. Your advisor will confirm the exact schedule and duration for your intended intake so it fits your application timeline.

How do I apply or ask a question?
