According to data shared during the session, employment statistics were based on graduates from the 2024–2025 academic year, with the average salary of graduates within six months after graduation reaching approximately $90,000.

Admissions Process: Professional Courses and Language Support Offered Together

The webinar also addressed international students’ questions regarding English language requirements.

Stevens Institute of Technology follows a direct admission process for graduate programs and does not offer conditional admission solely for language study.

The university explained that some students may take English Language Communication (ELC) courses based on their language needs after enrollment. These courses are designed to improve students’ academic communication skills and help them adapt to the U.S. graduate learning environment.

Language support courses can be taken alongside professional courses and will not prevent students from progressing through their degree programs.

For international students, maintaining full-time enrollment status and completing the required number of credits each semester are important requirements for successful academic progress.

Computer Science Pathway Program Provides Opportunities for Students Changing Fields

During the Q&A session, the admissions representative addressed questions regarding academic background changes and interdisciplinary applications.

Currently, Stevens Institute of Technology offers a Computer Science Pathway Program, providing students without a traditional computer science background with an opportunity to transition into the field.

The admissions representative explained that not all programs offer Pathway options, and the Computer Science program is currently the primary program with this pathway structure.

For programs such as Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, applications are evaluated based on students’ undergraduate backgrounds, mathematics preparation, and overall academic fit.

Students applying from significantly different academic backgrounds are encouraged to carefully evaluate their preparation and course compatibility to ensure they can successfully complete graduate-level study.

During the interactive session, the admissions representative provided further clarification on topics of interest to students and partners, including:
